Ingredients of Whole Baked Sea Bream
- It's 2 of x 250g Whole Sea Bream.
 - It's 1 Tbsp of Capers.
 - Prepare 2 of x Mixed Vegetable Squiewers.
 - It's 1 of hand full of asparagus spears.
 - You need 1 of lemon.
 - Prepare to taste of Salt.
 - Prepare to taste of Pepper.
 
Whole Baked Sea Bream step by step
- Clean the fish and pat dry with kitchen towel.
 - Cut three deep slashes onto each side of the fish. All the way down to the bone.
 - Grill or BBQ the vegetable Squiewers.
 - Once the veg are cooked, stuff them into the fish cavities and at the bottom of the pan.
 - Place the fish on top.
 - Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
 - Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
 - Place slices of lemon over the fish.
 - Sprinkle the capers.
 - Bake in the oven at 200 Deg c for 25 mins or until the fish is cooked through and the skin pulls away easily.
