 - Prepare of Oil for cooking.

 - It's 1/2 cup of Dashi *OR 1/2 cup Water & 1/4 teaspoon Dashi Powder.
 - It's 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce.
 - Prepare 2 tablespoons of Mirin.
 - You need 1/2 tablespoons of Potato Starch / Corn Starch Flour *mixed with 1 tablespoon Water.
