 - You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
 - You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
 - It's of Green chilli 1 chopped.
 - Prepare of Coriander or parsley for garnish.
 - It's 1 1/2 cup of Water.

- Collect all the ingredients..
 - In a pot heat oil, now add onions..
 - SautΓ© the onions..
 - Add tomatoes.
 - And spices..
 - Now mix well..
 - Add some water to make the onions and tomatoes pastey..
 - Then when onions and tomatoes are mashed. Add Ridged gourd and mix well. Add 1 cup water and cook on low flame. Until sauce is made..
