- Prepare 250 grams of Jackfruit.
 - Prepare 2 of Finely chopped onions.
 - Prepare 1 cup of Gram dal.

 - It's 4-5 cloves of Finely chopped ginger.
 - Prepare 1/2" of Cinnamon stick.
 - It's 1 teaspoon of Roasted cumin powder.
 - It's 1 teaspoon of Poppy seeds.
 - You need 1 of Mace small piece.
 - You need of Oil for frying.

Jackfruit Kebab instructions
- In a pressure cooker heat oil and crackle seeds and add gram dal and little salt and give 3-4 whistles..
 - Dry roast cloves, black pepper, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, mace and poppy seeds.
 - Grind all these dry roasted spices and make a powder. Then grind the dal along with other left ingredients..
 - Take garlic, chillies, ½ onion and grind those and keep them aside..
 - In a bowl add grinded jackfruit, dal, dry roasted spices, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped onion and required salt and mix them well..
 - Grease palms and faltten the dough. On a non stick pan on a low flame cook the kebaabs..
 - Your kebbas are now ready, serve them hot with mint chutney, coriander tomato chutney and rumali roti..
