Ingredients of Soft Jackfruit idli
- You need 1 bowl of Jackfruit.
 - Prepare 2 cup of dosa rice.
 - It's to taste of Jaggery.
 - Prepare to taste of Salt.
 - Prepare 1 cup of grated coconut.
 
Soft Jackfruit idli step by step
- Wash and soak dosa rice for 3-4 hours or overnight..
 - Remove seeds from jackfruit and keep it ready..
 - Add soaked rice, jackfruit and grated coconut to mixi jar and grind it..
 - Add jaggery for sweetness (which depends on jackfruit) and salt into mixi jar and grind it once again. Batter is ready..
 - Take ghee greased idly plate and pour the batter into it..
 - Steam Cook it for 20-25 minutes..
 - Grind Grated coconut, one piece ginger, salt, green chilli, tamarind and water together and ginger chutney is ready..
 - Serve Jackfruit Idly with ghee, ginger chutney and pickle..
