- You need 1 cup of dosa rice.
 - Prepare 4 cup of ripe jackfruit flakes.
 - Prepare of Salt to taste 1 tsp.
 - You need 1/2 cup of Jaggery.
 - You need 1/2 cup of Grated coconut.
 - It's 1/4 cup of Coconut /cooking oil.
 
Ripe Jackfruit dosa step by step
- Soak rice for 1/2 an hour in hot water..
 - Peel and remove seeds of ripe jackfruit..
 - Grind smoothly ripe jackfruit, Jaggery, coconut, salt and rice without adding water. (if required add less than 1/2 cup of water).
 - Transfer the batter into a vessel..
 - Heat tava..
 - Pour ladleful of batter and spread thinly..
 - Cover and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame..
 - Open the lid, sprinkle coconut oil, flip and cook for a minute, remove and serve in hot with honey or Jaggery syrup..
