- Prepare 2 tablespoons of Miso.
- Prepare 1/2-1 tablespoon of Sugar.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Mirin.
- Prepare 1/2 tablespoon of Soy Sauce.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Grated Ginger.
- You need 1/2 tablespoon of Toasted Sesame Seeds.

- Place all ingredients except Sesame Seeds in a large heat-proof bowl and mix well. Do not discard the Oil in the Tuna as the oil is essential. Adjust the amount of Sugar depending on the flavour and saltiness of Miso you use..
- Cover with a large plate or heat-proof wrap, cook in the microwave on high power for 3 minutes, toss it over and cook for 2 more minutes. Toss over again, carefully because it must be very hot at this stage, and cook 1 more minute. Let them rest for a few minutes so that the remaining heat will cook all through..
